In a nutshell, the Thunderbird games are a great day out (and possibly an overnight for those inclined) for all the scouts with a huge number of activities.

 

 Den Leaders need to let me know if they (and who would) want to participate in the Saturday evening sleep over.  I need to know by the 4th of October.4. or next Wednesday. To stay overnight, will require a tent and a parent and necessary sleep gear, etc... Depending on interest, we may be able to use some of the Boy Scout tents.

 

Participating in the days activities requires simply showing up with the form below and paying the registration. It's $10 per person, scout or parent. Or, if you like, you can send in the form to council as directed on the form. If coming as a den, it would be most practical to meet at the event. Directions are on the Thunderbird page http://www.wpcbsa.org/Download/ThunderbirdXIVGuide.pdf and "caravan-ing" is discouraged because it has been shown to be a cause of unnecessary accidents. Now that is not to say, people should not car pool but caravan-ing is not recommended
