Afternoon of canoeing, archery, fishing, evening camp fire and skits to follow. Sunday morning breakdown and check out. May May 15th Tuesday Meeting May 19th-20th Memorial Day flag setting / Overnight (Full Uniform) Saturday 9:00 AM Scouts should come with gear to Philips Manor Beach Club to drop off gear. Parents stay and at 9:15 AM we’ll drive over to Sleepy Hollow Cemetery (Old Dutch Church) off Broadway on Sleepy Hollow Avenue for flag setting Service. Hike back to Beach Club and complete service work there. Set up for dinner. ( Hamburgers and hot dogs) Camp out at Beach Club / Break down and leave at 8:30-9:00 Am This Meeting’s Agenda: Opening, This weekend’s schedule, participants, meal planning, gear distribution, food.
